From mechanical engineering to holistic healing, I've experienced firsthand the journey from pain to empowerment through a range of challenges including injury, muscle imbalance, shoulder pain, mould poisoning, parasite infections, EMF poisoning - you name it, i’ve probably fire walked it!
I believe these challenges came to me for a reason - to help me gain the knowledge & experience to help others through their own challenges with empathy, compassion & grace
I am from the UK currently living in Costa Rica before I embark on a trip cycling from Alaska to Argentina when it gets warm enough to start at the top of the Artic circle next year but very keen to help the residents and visitors of the Jaco area at Dr Gary “Crash” Berns Esterillos healing facility in the lead up to the trip
Through my own challenges & working with hundreds of people, I've developed a unique system that combines myofascial bodywork, physical therapy, pain management strategies, emotional release, and gut health optimisation that has proved highly effective for creating lasting solutions for those beautiful people I have had the pleasure of working with & helping with their challenges
